Application to Sattan

For now, The Wraith has a serious level of requirement. Those, who do not meet the requirement, but would like to join us, please report on Sattan's forum:

They are our training alliance, as we call it. There people can become stronger, and if they want, they can join The Wraith then. They though have a minor requirement:
Minimum Requirements:
100,000 army size
2000 raw UP
1bill attack and defense.
Must be active.
And play by the rules.
