hey all. since i'm here for a good cause, not like dag, which is for a good cause as well, but a different type of good cause...

i was wondering who would represent the wraith in a meeting between a few different alliances. personally, i love the idea i'm having, and so will u, but first i need the person, then i'll explain more.

i will let nirel take on this task, unless he cant then i will. which alliances would be at this meeting?

Official Diplomat time so pls take note lol. We have currently had a shake up of our rules for treaties. We are happy to abide by the old rules but think the new ones would benefit both sides a little better in case of a slip up.

Please look over them and tell me what you think. As always all rules are negotiable.

CMT - Neither team attacks each other, If an attack occurs:
1st attack - Attacker must pay back what was stolen (naq/uu).
2nd attack - Attacker must pay back what was stolen and damages plus a 10% tax on the naq to make sure no other attacks from him occur.
3rd attack - Attacker must pay back what was stolen and damages plus a 50% tax on the naq taken.
4th attack - As 3rd attack plus diplomats are contacted to see if there is a future for that member in the alliance.

This is a public section so I cut your post and paste it to personal log and send it to bigcakes. The High Council is currently discussing the possibility of a Full Military Pact between TC and TW, if we accept it, then we might consider your offer.
Sadly, your idea will certainly find enemies in SGW. I understand this is a private affair, so I suggest to continue negotiations via forum PMs.
I would like to hear your detailed ideas and a list of people who are in already.

well, right now i've only worked out the details thats its gonna occur, with reps from each of the listed alliances. we'll see how its gonna be worked out, but we still are waiting for responses first.

well i just looked and city of evil is in trinity coalition

yeah, there is some new info on it. we're still gonna try to get as many alliances in as possible

thats gonna get sorted out. i'm gonna have to talk to nirel more about that, but it seems mostly in order. how is everyone?

It has come to are attention that Omega Allegiance is going to war and they haven't revealed who their victim is. We are doing 2 things, sending out feelers to see if anyone knows who the victim is and offering our assistance to all treaty members who require it should the worst happen. Hmmm...Omega System Lords are in a rather fierce war with the Polish Alliance. If full Omega decide to take action, obviously TO and PA will set up an alliance, moreover, they might bring in other guys. What I'm saying, there might be another world war brake out, like the TLE war. So keeping our neutralness with all sides is more inportant than ever. Anyway, I will urge Council to put Omega and TO among off-limits.
