The WolfCubs Empty The WolfCubs

I talked over the situation with Dragonsclaw, leader of WolfCubs. We came to an agreement, so they are still off-limits, moreover, we agreed on a NAP treaty between us. The treaty will put into move with the new year.
NOTE: This NAP is a long-term one, not that 7-day-long ceasefire they offered us before. So please keep yourself up to this. Thank you.
